Until March 31, 2016, the City of Paris Library Gallery is offering an exhibition of photographs retracing 300 years of tourism in the capital.
Lovers of Paris as well as simple tourists should go to the Gallery of the libraries of the City of Paris which presents until March 31, 2016 the exhibition "Bonsissages de Paris, 300 years of tourism in the capital".
A favored destination for travellers, the City of Light has developed over the years special attractions to adapt to the new demands of tourists: shows, plays, restaurants, but also museums and luxury shops...
Thanks to this exhibition, visitors are encouraged to rediscover the capital throughout history, through original works (posters, tourist maps, guides, etc.) integrated into a scenography combining reproductions, café decorations and videos.
A trip back in time, discovering spectacle Paris, luxury and bohemian Paris or even the evolution of the French capital in a context of globalization of tourism...
♡ Paris Select's favourite: the “Paris Selfie” concept, which offers tourists the opportunity to take a photo of themselves in front of their favorite monument, a photo which will then be presented in the exhibition!
