To celebrate this beautiful anniversary, Fauchon created an original collection for the end of year celebrations. Between gluttony and Art Deco atmosphere…
For its 130th anniversary, Fauchon has decided to pull out all the stops with a new, luxurious and refined collection, to be discovered during the end-of-year celebrations. The chefs of the house have developed an exceptional menu, highlighting high quality ingredients and favoring the best of the region. Between imagination and gluttony, the party can begin!
On the program, a whole foie gras with gewurztraminer, prepared in the kitchens of a Strasbourg workshop following the Alsatian recipe and presented in a fine earthenware terrine made in the workshops of the Manufactures Royales de Lunéville. We love her look adorned with gold leaf!
As a main dish, the stuffed half-pigeon and its small vegetables stands out as one of the tastiest recipes that surrounds an exceptional dish of vegetables of yesteryear – crosnes, carrots, parsnips, rutabaga, purple carrots – for a delicious retro note. full of colors.
For dessert, there's no need to resist the traditional yule log! With its exceptional tree design, all in height and volume, this dessert harmoniously blends dark chocolate, apple, Christmas spices and sudachi for a wonderful journey to the land of gluttony.
We also love the boxes of 3 mini-logs using traditional Fauchon recipes: Carremenchoc, vanilla-red fruits, milk chocolate-passion and chestnut-pear.
♡ The Paris Select favourite: the grocery store with in particular the box of candied chestnuts and the Auguste tea with delicate fruity notes of candied red apple.
