Where to eat good and organic?

Let's go on a taste discovery of the tenth and eleventh arrondissements. These young districts, in perpetual reinvention, establish new codes of consumption and tasting where pleasure is king.

◊ East Mama

A restaurant acclaimed by the trendiest hordes of the capital, East Mama is one of the “popolar trattorias” of the Big Mama food empire. The recipe for their success? Convivial tables, a decoration studied without being stuffy, a warm atmosphere and the omnipresence of local products. At East Mama, the whole team is Italian; she welcomes the gourmand with loud voices and good humor galore. We eat succulent pizzas, pastas with truffles, a terrible Tigramisu … Good evening guaranteed. Watch out for the (very likely) tail though.

◊ Chaffinch Coffee

A victim of its own success, the famous Café Pinson, originally located in the Marais, had to open a new address in the dynamic surroundings of Strasbourg Saint-Denis... much to our delight. Organic products and gluten-free specialties compete in imagination and freshness so that healthy cooking goes hand in hand with pleasure, for good. Designed like a Californian coffee shop, Café Pinson welcomes vegans and other vegetarians in a retro, design and cozy decor.

◊ Loyalty

Near the Gare de l'Est, La Fidélité has an impressive volume that is good to savor in Paris; a superb Art Deco glass roof and an exotic tropical decoration... Lovers of well-made cocktails will be in heaven thanks to the original creations of the experts of the shakers (to try: "Gatsby the Magnificent"!), while the fine Gourmets will have a field day with bistronomic cuisine prepared by chef Maurice Guillouët, a former chef at the Ritz or the Tour d'Argent.
