Japanese chef's first restaurant Ryuji Teshima - aka Teshi – Pages draws in a uncluttered space where you can see the spectacle of the kitchens, and thus admire all the know-how of the cooks in the ovens.

signed Shinku Noda (Aida, Gyoza Bar, Walaku) the decoration is intended clean and minimalist, displaying neutral colors and Noble materials : Burgundy stone, Le Corbusier wall lamp…

Un elegant frame goes well with the menu since the chef honors excellent quality products (puffed bread, lime foam, crispy onion) but also of exceptional meats and fish that he meticulously cuts then cooks in bincho, a traditional Japanese grill.

Sensitive and precise, Teshi's cuisine combines best of French terroir with both French and Japanese techniques. Besides its 9 delicious dishes - that change with the seasons – the establishment also stands out for its wine menu with carefully selected references. You can even taste a grand cru by the glass!
