Brilliantly revamped by Laura Gonzalez, La Gare reopened its doors in May, after several months of work.
Good news for foodies 16nd borough and by the way ! Restaurant The Train Station offers a new gourmet menu based on flavors of the world. It is imagined by the famous Peruvian Chef Gastón Acurio!
First of all, we discover with admiration the transformation of this former station, which became a bistro in the 90s. Laura Gonzalez or the decorator star imagined a colorful decor, inspired by the blending orchestrated in the kitchen. It is therefore punctuated by an atmosphere as warm as it is lively.
THE TEA ROOM AREA
Firstly, on the ground floor, there is a tea room/cocktail bar area, divided into a room with a heated patio. In total, 600 m2 of space very well distributed, which can accommodate no less than 300 people! In conclusion, everything is thought out to offer a real travel gastronomic, visual and olfactory.

However, indoors, we are witnessing a real show with the dishes parading before our eyes, coming from the four different kitchens. It is therefore useless to add that the journey reaches its climax on the plates!
