Since the launch of its magazine “L'Oiseau Paradis” on May 2, the Paradis Latin has been full! Zoom on this superb show where we find the ex-Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere as a review leader.

Quite discreet in recent years, the Paradis Latin has come back stronger than ever. This mythical cabaret of the 80s and 90s is reborn from its ashes, offering a new revue for 9 months of performances, 6 evenings a week. The star of this new show? Iris Mittenaere.

After having shone during the 9th season of Dance with the stars - and acted as a guest for Jean Paul Gaultier's "Fashion Freak Show" during 7 performances – the ex-Miss Universe seems to have had a real crush on this art. For several months, the leader of the review was therefore trained by a director and choreographer well known to the public: Kamel Ouali (The Sun King, Cleopatra, The Ten Commandments, Gone with the Wind

To accompany Iris, an international casting of 1000 candidates was carried out, among which the ex-prof of the Star Academy selected a thirty artists from all walks of life, to form his troop.

Thus, in this resolutely modern performance, the ex-Miss France sings and embodies her own character, that of a young woman with a prestigious title who wants to break into the middle of the music hall and who is not really taken seriously... Throughout the show, we discover a fifteen decorations and not less than 500 amazing costumes, made by the fashion house We will have seen it all. Interspersed with small funny scenes, the show is intended to be both comic, romantic but also poetically erotic ! It breaks down into 2 parts distinct with a pre-show (19h30-21h) essentially composed of live music with the singer Falone, animal creatures that roam the room but also a cellist. This one makes dinner go by in a snap! The review, meanwhile, begins at 21 p.m., and ends about 1 hour 30 minutes later.

Here, creatures, dancers and new technologies come together wonderfully, transforming this spectacular show in a unforgettable experience… One thing is certain, the oldest Parisian cabaret has had a successful makeover!
