With the return of sunny days – and longer days – nothing is more pleasant for Parisians than to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, take a little height and sip cocktails in a super stylish spot… A brief overview of our best high-perched addresses to enjoy at fund this summer. Spoiler: some have only just opened their doors!

Creatures

Perched on the roof terrace of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Restaurant Creatures has just reopened its doors to the public... to our delight! Here, all the ceremonial of the mediterranean cuisine is in the spotlight: from the preparation of the meal until the moment it is shared, from the service to the general rhythm, from the environment to the dishes, and from the open kitchen to the energy. Another special feature of this ephemeral place: the chef's kitchen Julien Sebbag is 100% vegetarian… but is no less delicious! À la carte: colorful salads – potatoes, hard-boiled egg, capers, homemade aioli & paprika or even tabbouleh with raisins, almonds, fresh herbs & feta – a Stain Boy or even a delicious oven-roasted half-aubergine, salad of cherry tomatoes & thina. This joyful mix of flavors and colors will seduce all palates, especially those who are currently paying attention to their summer body. Not to mention the cocktail bar furiously stylish!

Mama Shelter Paris West

After the address of the 20th that we know well, Mama Shelter reveals a new HQ that we already love. This time, it's in the south-west of Paris, at Porte de Versailles, that the cult group has taken up residence. Obviously, this new hotel adorns itself (him too) of a rooftop who will quickly gather the troops. Pass the message on to your group of friends: go to 8nd floor for aperitif time! À la carte: cocktails, rosé, wood-fired pizzas and other tapas to share... The spirit summer vibes is definitely there!

The Perch gate of Versailles

We begin to know them well. After the Perchoir Ménilmontant, the Perchoir Marais and the Perchoir Gare de l'Est, we present to you the youngest: the Perch Porte de Versailles. In the same way as its big brothers, it presents itself as a magnificent bucolic terrace, enthroned at the top of pavilion 6 of the Exhibition. If the bar was inaugurated on June 18, the restaurant will only open its doors tomorrow (June 26) and will use 100% of the products grown on the farm next door. What do we drink there? For the moment, wines of authors (organic and natural) but also all the productions of the Perchoir that we already know.

Perch Porte de Versailles, 2 avenue de la Porte-de-la-Plaine, 75015 Paris. Entrance via the pavilion 6 walkway. Reservations recommended.

Wanderlust

Due to the health crisis, since Monday June 22, the Wanderlust rooftop has reopened its doors and has, at the same time, turned into a much more chill out. The DJs have disappeared with their turntables to make way for the Chef Alexia Duchene. His mission ? Create here the biggest market of street food in the open air of Paris. On the menu, we discover good little dishes that are not too heavy: roasted cauliflower and yoghurt sauce with curry and chive oil, roasted eggplant... Not to mention the great bar which offers a wide choice of cocktails and wines, as you wish. The plus: the new vegetal staging with a tropicool spirit, which takes you on vacation, for those who can't leave... Take note of weekend strollers, you can even go there brunch

Wanderlust Paris, 32 quai d'Austerlitz, Paris 13th. Reservation required on 06 87 39 43 55

In the heart of the 16th arrondissement, the new hotel signed Starck has been buzzing since its opening. But the new object of all desires at Brach is undoubtedly its new terrace of 400 m², nestled on the 1st floor of this 5 star hotel. Once settled in, we choose from the small Asian plates to share: dim sums, spring rolls and other poke bowls… There is a sweet smell of vacation. The rooftop of the Raphaël hotel

The rooftop of the Raphael hotel in Paris

A few meters from the Champs-Élysées hides a Safe Haven suspended, on the 7th floor of the hotel Raphael. Charm and elegance are the hallmarks of this rooftop. Teak furniture, well-chosen colors, chic and comfortable cushions… Life is good in this very upscale neighborhood. The breathtaking view of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower is priceless. We go there to enjoy a cocktail, rosé, luxury tapas or even have a meal worthy of the greatest Parisian tables.

Rot

A few steps from the Lyon station, Laho finds itself perched 60 meters high, at the 18nd floor of a business center. The promise ? At the time of the Golden Hour, this green and lush cocoon would offer the most beautiful sunset in Paris. The card was left in the hands of the Chef Julie Basset, itself rather trendy fresh and vegetal cuisine. His flagship dish? I'seafood plate because 'it is rare in Paris to find a quality seafood offer!' specifies the chef… YUM.
In terms of capacity, we prefer to warn you, Laho can only accommodate 'only' 100 people, in order to respect the sanitary distances. It could cross the 200 mark in the following weeks, if conditions allow it. In any case, this spot concocted by the agency Enchanted Passage (in collaboration with Sodexo Prestige Venues and Events) promises to be one of the best addresses to trust this summer!

Laho, 5-9 rue Van Gogh, 75012 Paris. Opening on July 3, 2020, at 18 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, 18 p.m. to midnight.
