The novelties on the solar side
To avoid the ugly sunburn, which is more painful, we do not especially ignore the sunscreen. During the holidays, we tend to switch our usual perfume for something fresher, lighter. In this genre there, the eau de toilette 'Rose Water' by Maison Francis Kurkdjian holds a special place in our hearts. Created by Guerlain in 1999 and enhanced each year by Thierry wasser - the nose of the house – the collection Aqua allegoria continues to happily awaken our senses. These hymns to nature seduce with their subtle sophistication endowed with a lingering freshness. This season, the brand unveiled two new ones: Orange soleia et Granada salvia. The first is a water lemony citrus, which smells of Sicilian citrus fruits… Here, luscious blood orange is refreshed by mint, pink peppercorn and bergamot against a background of woody notes and tonka bean. As for the second, it is one of the fruity citrus. It is the pomegranate that is magnified, transported by the freshness of a note of blackcurrant, cypress, lemon and bergamot, then elegantly twisted by sage and rose, against a background of white musks, moss and of patchouli… Delicious creations, always presented in the beautiful signature bottle of the range, stamped with a bee.

The new make-up nuggets
To sublimate the complexion, our absolute favorite is the new tinted cream de Laura Mercier. Halfway between skincare et make-up, it improves the appearance of the skin over time thanks to its moisturizing complex composed of different vitamins, macadamia and kukui oils. In addition to its light texture, easy to apply, it offers up to 24 hours of hydration and we particularly like its SPF 30 sun protection.
Like every year, like an unmissable beauty appointment, the house of Guerlain revisits its famous Terracotta and declines it in several versions, very desirable. In addition to these limited editions, this season, two new solar flares complete the range: Terracotta Nude et Matte Terracotta.

Presented as a small compact compact, it sublimates both the lips and play harmoniously. We like: her cream texture transparent and its composition of raspberry leaf extract and Vitamin E to soften and moisturize... Definitely our favorite product which will not leave our handbag for the whole season!
Notice to purists, we have unearthed a real nugget for you: the 'Pure Matte' of the brand 1944 Paris.
This comfortable lipstick Matte color stands out for its long lasting hold. We love the colors offered which are all really pretty and its very practical pencil format, with integrated pencil sharpener. Its composition (Marula and Chamomile oil, vitamins E and C) pampers our lips, making them soft, hydrated and visibly rejuvenated… Great added value!
