The Castile Hotel

Ideally located in the rue Cambon, adjoining the famous shop Chanel, the Castille hotel invites its guests to the Parisian dolce vita. This uniquely charming 5-star hotel contains 108 bedrooms - including 26 large suites – decorated in different styles depending on the wing in which they are located. Concerning I'Opera wing, its first 3 floors offer a contemporary and warm atmosphere. In the last two, we find lines more purified and an exceptional view over the rooftops of the very chic 1st arrondissement…

As for the wing Rivoli, it is a tribute to the style of Coco Chanel, with an atmosphere of 1930s Paris and a contrasting palette of black, white and beige tones. Photographs of Robert Doisneau also brighten up the walls.

Beyond its comfortable and luxurious rooms, the Castille also has its own gourmet restaurant: The Assaggio. This offers an experience refined and vanguard of Italian cuisine.

In the kitchen, the Chief Vasil makes it a point of honor to use fresh and seasonal products. We then discover dishes with Mediterranean flavors, combined with French finesse. On the plates, it gives: Piedmontese vitello tonnato – chef's signature dish – agnolotti di Lidia, veal tongue, Piedmontese bagnetto or spaghetti carbonara. Everything is absolutely divine, not to mention the setting, just sumptuous! Indeed, until the end of the summer, the hotel opens its florentine patio, with its Roman fountain and surprising frescoes. An ultra-intimate space, away from prying eyes…

In addition, his strategic positioning, in the center of Paris, will allow you to easily reach the Louvre Museum, Place Vendôme or the famous Champs-Elysees avenue, walk.
