Located on the 1st floor, it is managed by Arnaud Donckele, already chef of the Cheval Blanc St Tropez, dubbed three stars in the Michelin guide. This time he surrounded himself with the prodigy Maxim Frederic - ex of George V – for sweets.
We then discover a contemporary brasserie on the 7th floor: Le All-Paris. On the menu? Great classics such as sophisticated salads, roast chicken, cuts of meat and fries, Paris-Brest… A table next to another, Lobster, a real institution in Milan. This fish restaurant mythical displays a magnificent seafood bar, open air. To be tested absolutely: the pasta with blue lobster!
