In Paris, the season of opening new coveted tables never stops! Gourmet restaurant on the rooftop, great chef's café or social brasserie, we take stock of the new trendy spots to trust.

Yakuza

After Yakuza Porto and Lisbon, Olivier DaCosta packs his bags in Paris. It's at the hotel House Albar Vendome that the chief has taken up residence. The entrance way a speakeasy makes us smile, it looks like a hidden golden door in the hotel lobby, through which we identify ourselves. Once inside, you will discover a decor pimped with velvet, carp on the ceiling and geishas on the walls… And good news, the wonder continues on the plate! We then enjoy a Mediterranean interpretation of Japanese specialties around the fish.
On the menu: toro tuna belly and king crab, also available with fish and guacamole, truffled gunkan with a quail egg, salmon and chive temaki shake… To accompany these delicious dishes, Yakuza offers a fine selection of sakes as well as cocktails and matcha lemonades. Not to be missed: the green tea fondant and sesame ice cream.

Le Plume at the Madame Rêve hotel

One month after its inauguration, Madam dream - the new hotel everyone is talking about – unveiled his restaurant: Feather. Enthroned on the same floor as the rooms and suites of the hotel, this new table benefits from a exceptional situation. Starting with its incredible surface of 500m² ! Her other core strengths? Her panoramic view of Paris and its roofs, and in particular the Saint-Eustache church as well as its lush patio.
At the controls of the stoves, the chef benjamin six offers a gastronomy greatly inspired by Japan. On the menu: tempura sole, teriyaki grilled salmon, karaage chicken, wagyu sirloin, sea bream sashimi, not to mention the delicious red tuna tataki and the classic wagyu beef gunkan. Sweet tooths are not left out with the gourmet selection of desserts signed Pierre Hermé. So, would you rather be Cheesecake Suzette, Tarte infiniment Tatin or 2000 sheets?

La Plume at the Madame Rêve hotel, 48 rue du Louvre, 75001 Paris.

Mimosa

Just in front of Cafe Laperouse, in the heart of the Hôtel de la Marine, sits Mimosa. The new table of Jean-François Trap presents itself as the new place to be for all socialites! The signed decoration Dorothee Delaye (Hotel Sookie, La Planque…) is just sumptuous. With the help of cutting-edge French craftsmen, the star architect recreated the nautical codes with a boat-hull style ceiling, shiny mahogany pieces, propeller suspensions and aged mirrors… The large green sofas, blue armchairs and striped velvet chairs facing the small open kitchen add a cozy touch to the setting. As for the card, it deals a seaside kitchen well controlled. Lobster-fries with a slightly smoked taste or blue lobster with aioli and fries, Giusti-style vegetable fritters, gravlax of sea bream with cucumber vinegar or the delicious red tuna with horseradish and coriander, this Mediterranean-inspired table will delight the greatest gourmets. Want to end on a sweet note? Here you will have the choice between a surprise pineapple, pomegranate, lemon balm, a divine panettone pudding, accompanied by its orange blossom ice cream or even chou chou donuts… The hardest part will be not to take them all!

Russian House

Already at the head of hyper-trendy restaurants such as Mūn, CoCo Paris, Girafe, Perruche, Bambini and Roxie, the Paris Society group is today unveiling its new baby, baptized 'Maison Russe'. In their own words: 'It is an exceptional place where the Slavic soul meets the Parisian spirit. Chic table, bar, delicatessen… In the City of Light, push open the doors of shimmering Russia.'
Nestled in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, in place of the Hôtel Particulier Pauilhac, this new setting is sumptuous. As you explore, strolling from lounge to lounge with sumptuous decor, the establishment reveals itself to be much more than a table, a bar and a delicatessen! It's a new Parisian obsession. On the menu, we (re)discover the great classics: caviars served with a spoon, runny boiled egg, coulibiac, vanilla chouquettes served with a strip and pavlovas drunk with fruit, chocolate or caramel...

Russian House, 59 avenue Raymond Poincaré, 75016 Paris.

Cafe Lignac

At 139 rue Saint-Dominique, instead of Christian Constant's Café Constant, the Café Lignac now stands. We stumble there at any time of the day, from breakfast to dinner (the last order is taken at 23 p.m.!) through afternoon tea time and aperitif... In the continuity of this old school spirit , the favorite chef of Parisiennes sublimates the bourgeois kitchen like no one else, giving it a slight twist with his own touch of freshness and coolness. On the menu, there are plenty of classics that we love: veal blanquette rice pilaf, onion soup, snails, blood sausage with apples and mashed potatoes, fillet of beef with Darphin potatoes, cassoulet, salmon steak with sorrel…

Anahi

For its long-awaited reopening, Anahi, the Argentinian restaurant of Richard Giraudi invite Mauro Colagreco to sign its new menu around meat and South American flavors. And the starred chef didn't do things by halves! As starters, we find fillet empanadas with Kalamata olives, a salpicon way salad seasoned with half-cooked beef tenderloin or even a thin tart with onions and smoked butter. Our recommendation? Don't miss the heart of entrecôte Black Angus American! For those who don't eat meat, opt for the white fish papillote, served with pan-fried gnocchi and creamed spinach. All washed down with a good bottle of Argentinian red!

All-Paris

Newly inaugurated the hotel Le Cheval Blanc Pariss reveals its All-Paris rooftop. This brasserie perched on the 7th floor of La Samaritaine offers a breathtaking view of the capital. Open all day, Le Tout-Paris will allow you to enjoy a pretty bucolic terrace, like a garden hanging over the roofs of Paris… You can enjoy your meal there or just sip a cocktail at aperitif time.

On the menu, there are great classics. Sophisticated salads, roast chicken, cuts of meat and fries, Paris-Brest… The great added value of this spot is none other than the incredible view of the Seine and the emblematic monuments of the capital! Read more here.

Montecito

Restaurant of theHotel Kimpton Saint-Honore, Montecito invites you to embark on a journey to his native California… A contemporary version of a relaxed brasserie, the room is decorated with the same accents of the West Coast. Thanks to the trendy scenography – signed Humbert & Poyet – we are immediately transported to Santa Barbara! This setting, bathed in light, features huge ceilings, a large counter, touches of marble and terrazzo here and there, several small intimate spaces and an open kitchen. At its helm, the French chef Nicolas Pastot with the complicity of Carrie Solomon.

We then discover à la carte, healthy and gourmet recipes. CALI flower, gluten-free fluffy pancakes, Cobb Salad as well as a wide range of veggie, vegan or gluten-free dishes… Our favourite? The crispy tostada with langoustines, to be tested absolutely! Special mention for the huge patio sheltered from the bustle of Paris, which allows you to disconnect for a meal... Read more here.

Dubillot Brewery

After the huge success of Bellanger Brewery, contractors Victor & Charlie have decided to put the cover back. This time it is on the side of rue Saint-Denis that they have taken up residence! The ingredients remain the same: a super insta-friendly decor and a menu with small onions, which risks making vegans go into a rage... If as starters, we play it rogue with the classic pâtés en croute, country terrines , leeks vinaigrette and other eggs-mayo, the sequel is also very pleasant.

Here, the meats (100% French) are the stars of the dishes! In concrete terms, this gives: mashed sausage, rib of beef or veal chop grilled over charcoal, to accompany fries, mashed potatoes, vegetables or gratin dauphinois… A paradise for meat lovers. To end on a little sweetness, the pistachio tart or the famous Paris-Brest (a killer) will delight sweet tooths. In a warm atmosphere, Dubillot Brewery already promises to attract groups of friends for a really cool evening. Read more here.

miz

With its yellow frontage which clashes, impossible to miss miz Batignolles district ! That's good, this new table has everything to please. Starting with a pretty terrace (still crowded post-lockdown) where to sit down to enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the season. On the plates, we discover a gourmet cuisine that twists the traditional french dishes with a little Persian touch, like a nod to the origins of the chef. Worthy heiress of several generations of cooks, Rosa Taban dropped her lawyer's robe to put on the apron… To the delight of gourmets!

The talented entrepreneur orchestrates everything with a masterful hand, offering a menu that changes regularly, depending on the arrival of seasonal products. Right now, you can enjoy a delicious chuck of confit beef, ceviche of pollack and butternut squash roasted with parsley butter and roasted garlic. If the menu seems short, it's good because here, everything is homemade Minute ! The alliances of flavors are perfectly dosed and make us travel deliciously on the plate... On Sunday, a classic brunch as well as a veggie version are offered.

Francette

Moored in front of the Eiffel Tower, Francette represents THE unmissable spot that Parisians have enjoyed all summer. We go there as well to chill while sipping a glass of rosé as for lunch. Featuring three distinct spaces – a penthouse on the roof, a restaurant putting French gastronomy in the spotlight and a wine shop – this XXL barge is none other than the new baby of Pierre Doublet and Quentin Garreau de Labarre, a duo already at the head of Laia (11th district). For lovers of iodized flavors, the appointment is made upstairs, on the penthouse! On the menu, plates of street food ultra-gourmet: ceviche, oysters, or the famous Lobster Roll de Francette with Breton lobster, a must to try absolutely.

Just below, at the restaurant “ At Francette's », the most demanding gourmets will be satisfied. We discover a gastronomic cuisine that gives pride of place to seafood and local products: sweetbreads, French line-caught whiting, half-cooked tuna or Montbéliard rib steak accompanied by fresh fries... Tasty dishes signed by the duo of chiefs, Marco Bernado (formerly Four Seasons George V) and Stephanie Moquet.
Finally, in her holds, Francette contains the first wine merchant under water ! This confidential cellar offers no less than 120 references of natural and biodynamic wines, which will delight lovers of good vintages.
