« Love Brings Love » at the Palais Galliera

With Love Brings Love, the Palais Galliera invites you to dive into the world of the tribute fashion show dedicated to Albert Elbaz. This was held on October 5, 2021, following his disappearance last April. The visitor then discovers the silhouettes created by 46 designers for this event and inspired by the artistic universe of the fashion designer. Long or short ruffled dresses, printed dresses… The exhibition recreates the show in its entirety, with effects, light and music… Everything is there, as if you were there!

« Gallen-Kallela » at the Jacquemart-André Museum

Notice to lovers of Scandinavian paintings. the Jacquemart-André museum devotes an exhibition to the Finnish artist Axel Gallen-Kallela, from March 11 to July 25, 2022. The opportunity to immerse yourself in the naturalist and poetic universe of the painter. This time again, the man who made himself known during a major retrospective at Orsay Museum in 2012 comes to explore "a dominant aspect of his work and crossing the whole of his career". It is the theme of Finnish nature and landscape that is addressed here. We therefore discover nearly 70 works from public and private collections.

These highlight clouds reflecting on the water, fluffy snow and other lakes of his country of origin… Nature is indeed predominant in his work. The idea behind this exhibition was “to study in greater depth the question of the artist's relationship to nature, which evolves over the course of his career”. « Le Petit Prince » at the Museum of Decorative Arts

The Musée des Arts Décoratifs is presenting, for the very first time in France, a major exhibition devoted to Petit Prince. A unique opportunity to revisit this timeless masterpiece of literature... In total, more than 600 pieces celebrate the many facets of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: writer, poet, aviator, explorer, journalist, inventor, philosopher , driven all his life by a humanist ideal, the real driving force behind his work.

We then discover magnificent watercolours, sketches and other drawings but also photographs, poems, newspaper clippings and extracts from correspondence... As a reminder, Le Petit Prince was the last work published during Saint-Exupéry's lifetime. If it was written and published in the United States in 1943, it appeared in France 3 years later and has since then been a success that crosses borders and eras, carrying a universal message.

« Cezanne«  at the Atelier des Lumières

From Friday 18 February, a new immersive exhibition moved to theAtelier des Lumieres. Baptized " Cézanne, lights of Provence » the exhibition presents the most significant masterpieces of Paul Cézanne (1839-1906) such as Still lifes with apples, The card players (-1890 95) and The big bathers (circa 1906). This new creation pays homage to the father of modern art, following the common thread of nature towards Provence and Sainte-Victoire.

In the second part, we discover the short exhibition " Vassily Kandinsky, the odyssey of the abstract », made from the works of the prolific and visionary artist, is a real invitation to travel in the inner cosmos of Kandinsky. “Yves Saint Laurent in museums” in 6 Parisian museums

For 60 du Yves Saint Laurent's first fashion show, 6 Parisian museums come together around a joint exhibition, highlighting what fashion prodigy. Thus, the Louvre, the Center Pompidou, the Picasso Museum, the Orsay Museum, the Museum of Modern Art in Paris, and of course the Yves Saint Laurent Paris Museum will highlight " Yves Saint Laurent in museums from next January 29.

On the program: mythical creations by the French couturier and works inspired by his work will mingle in this cultural-anniversary gathering. However, each museum will present a different programme, on a particular theme from the designer's universe. At the Louvre Museum, it's gold – a color very much loved by the designer – who will be in the spotlight in a special scenography. The Center Pompidou will focus on the modernity of his work while the Picasso Museum will explore the influences of the Spanish painter on the work of YSL. The Musée d'Orsay, for its part, will highlight the influences of Marcel Proust. At the Museum of Modern Art in Paris, we will discover the designer's love for color schemes. Finally, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum will exhibit various creations and other archives of the fashion house. To discover absolutely!

« Marcel Proust, a Parisian novel » at the Carnavalet Museum

On the occasion of the 150anniversary of the birth of Marcel Proust, Carnavalet Museum devotes a fascinating exhibition to him, which will delight all lovers of literature. From next December 16, you will be able to discover the special relationship that the writer had with Paris, his city of birth, through " Marcel Proust, a Parisian novel ". The place of the capital in the Proustian novel is also mentioned.

If the first part of the exhibition explores "the Parisian universe of Marcel Proust" and therefore the neighborhoods in which he lived, the following highlights the writer's creative universe: the bedroom, this place where reality becomes novel. Finally, the last part follows the architecture of the mythical novel In search of lost time. In total, approximately 280 works, manuscripts and archival documents – all from public and private collections – will be exhibited. « The Shadow's Part " at Quai Branly Museum - Jacques Chirac

From December 14, the Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac museum will unveil a new exhibition. « Hip hop 360«  at the Philharmonie de Paris
