Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet brings together several cocoa virtuosos. Which makes it the ideal spot to unearth its chocolates for the Easter holidays… which are fast approaching! Edwart Chocolatier's Floating Piou Piou

We were just telling you about it here, on March 3, The Gourmet hosted Edwart Chocolatier during a pop-up. The Parisian chocolate maker presents his Easter creation: a Piou Piou Floating, paws immersed in a pool of popcorn praline. This funny and endearing little bird is made from 38% milk chocolate from Tanzania. A surprising creation, which represents well this house which likes break the codes with amazing flavor combinations.

Like every year, Pierre Hermé never disappoints us. Always very creative, for Easter 2022, the great pastry chef was strongly inspired by nature. Result: pure and intuitive creations, featuring unexpected materials, such as pebbles, raw wood, foliage... A true masterpiece that we devour with our eyes before enjoying it.

L'Egg'ceptionnal by Pierre Marcolini

For Easter, the famous Belgian chocolatier presents us with 'Bird Bunny', a small hybrid creature, half-rabbit, half-bird. Enthroned in a chocolate nest shaped by hand, the egg encloses under its shell in milk chocolate praline with dried fruits and vanilla, a crunchy hazelnut, almond, cocoa nib and pecan nut... This creation is available in milk, dark and white chocolate. And as with all of the house's creations, the selected beans come from partner producers engaged, promising a sustainable chocolate.
