SW / Paris

Located on the quays of the Seine, between Notre-Dame and the Marais, the SO/ Paris hotel will bring a taste of avant-garde modernity in this upscale neighborhood. If you particularly like its unparalleled chic rooms, the establishment also offers unique culinary experiences… Not to mention its breathtaking view of Paris! It contains 140 rooms and 22 suites, designed as an exhibition gallery.

SO/ Paris perfectly combines fashion, art, architecture and design. Among the nuggets that can be discovered while strolling: uniforms signed Guillaume Henry, works of art by Neïl Beiloufa and Thomas Fougeirol exhibited here and there from the lobby, an immersive installation by Olafur Eliasson in the 15th-16th floors… There is no doubt that this new hotel will overshadow the other establishments in the area.

Dandy Hotel & Kitchen

With its location in the heart of the (very lively) district of Les Halles, one would have thought that finding peace here rhymes with mission impossible… but it is not so! New group address Elegance, Dandy Hotel & Kitchen turns out to be a true haven of peace.

This pretty 4-star stands out above all thanks to its neat and poetic decoration signed Michael Malapert. With 36 cozy rooms, the establishment is a small cocoon of comfort where you feel at home. The furniture was custom designed by Roche Bobois.

The enormous heart asset of the Dandy Hotel & Kitchen? Its bar-restaurant which will most certainly become a new HQ for stylish Parisians and other neighborhood residents. In addition to its pretty decor in osmosis with the rest of the hotel (zinc track, brass columns, velvet seats, etc.) we greatly appreciate the mediterranean cuisine which is served there. Falafel, roasted feta, shoulder of lamb, entrecôte or veal blanquette, chocolate cake and other roasted pineapples… Dishes prepared with fresh, local produce sourced by the chef.

Ultimate plus: the Dandy Hotel & Kitchen also offers a wellness getaway with a pretty spa housing two saunas, a jacuzzi and a massage room to treat yourself to a moment out of time...

86 Rue Saint-Denis, 75001 Paris.

Faubourg Saint-Germain & Spa Pavilion

Enthroned between the Seine and the famous Flore's coffee, The Faubourg Saint-Germain Pavilion opened its doors last April and offers 3 distinct offers, from rue du Pré-aux-Clercs: a bistronomic table, a literary bar and a 5-star hotel & spa.

At number 5, we discover thehotel & spa. This large residence renovated by the architects Vincent Bastie and Didier Benderli has 47 rooms and suites. As soon as you enter, you discover with wonder several references to art and literature, like a nod to the neighborhood. Ultimate crush for the James Joyce signature suite : A sublime attic cocoon of 70 m², dressed in warm colors with exposed beams and Herringbone parquet flooring where two beautiful bathrooms are combined.

The steps leading down to the basement – listed as Historic Monuments – reveal the Spa des Prés by Codage, a sublime cave made entirely of stone which houses a pool that looks like a Turkish bath, a hammam and two treatment rooms. The best combo for a sweet parenthesis…

To get to the restaurant Parisians orchestrated by Thibault Sombardier (at number 1), you cross the james joyces bar and its hushed literary salon where books from Gallimard editions accumulate, located in the continuity of the street, at number 3. Precious furniture, custom-made designer accessories, concentric circles on the ceiling and other mosaics...

The Parisians - named after Joyce's book The Dubliners – displays an elegant frame as desired. Its quartzite tables arranged in front of benches in leather and sand velvet can accommodate up to 55 people.

Cloud

After two years of work, the family hotel ofOlivier Breuil reveals itself as a real invitation to slow life. The facelift has been pushed to the end since the establishment located just behind the Élysée has also changed its name. Now it's the Cloud which sits in place of the Élysée Mermoz hotel. With this makeover, the painter Olivier Breuil continues the great family adventure since it was his grandfather, Georges Breuil, who bought this establishment at auction in the 1950s.

Designed with the architect Jordane Arrivetz de l 'Notorious Agency, Nuage accumulates soft materials promising a serene atmosphere. The 27 rooms (including 5 suites) offer a rare luxury: silence. On the top floor, three bedrooms open onto adjoining balconies with a superb view over the rooftops of Paris. Lounge-library, bar and yoga mats available in each room contribute to this zen atmosphere.

The most that will delight moviegoers? The small privatized cinema in the basement with its huge super comfy cream sofas, perfect for curling up. Homemade DVDs, small Netflix productions or Amazon Prime documentaries, the choice is yours!

30 rue Jean Mermoz, 75008 Paris.

Mr Aristide

Tribute to the famous singer Aristide Bruant, Mr Aristide nestles on the the Montmartre Hill. Designed by the famous interior designer Marion Collard, this charming boutique hotel consists of only 25 rooms and 4 suites.

Upon reception, you are immediately propelled into a spatio-temporal rift... Here, everything is done to make you feel like you're in the 30s! Jukebox, velvet sofas, terrazzo floor, mahogany bar counter, bamboo armchairs, globe lights and other ceramic lamps… These vintage pieces of furniture create a unique atmosphere, specific to this bohemian house

We also like: the Café Aristide table and its decor as retro as it is comforting! Its Italian-inspired menu offers dishes that will delight gourmets. Delicious polpette al sugo, polenta with gorgonzola or casarecce with nduja with puttanesca… It floats like an air of dolce vita on the heights of Montmartre…
Fueled by photovoltaic panels and having a rainwater collection tank, this new 4-star hotel from the Adresses group ticks all the boxes for a new living space that is perfectly in tune with the times since it is eco-responsible.

Chateau Voltaire

Not far from Place Vendôme and the Jardin des Tuileries, the former headquarters of the Zadig & Voltaire brand has been transformed into a 5-star establishment both elegant and discreetBy Thierry gillier. The founder of the brand thus inaugurates his very first hotel with Chateau Voltaire !

Unveiling itself behind a facade listed as a Historic Monument, Château Voltaire stands out for its discretion and Art Deco aesthetics, with airs of the mythical Château Marmont in Los Angeles. At the DA, we find Franck Durand as well as the interior design duo Festen. The result ? An air of an elegant and cozy English club that contains 32 rooms spread over 5 floors... Here, the noble materials and attention to detail are at their peak.

Its modern brasserie, Millet, gives pride of place to Mediterranean cuisine.

We also like: its bar The Golden Shell, adorned with black walls and leather. You can sip delicious cocktails in a subdued and intimate setting.

Surprisingly, there is also a corrective medicine area, a restaurant, a bar, a gym (yoga, boxing, fitness, etc.), a conference room, a co-working space and a showroom. An exceptional destination with XXL holistic comfort, it favors well-being and sharing with a delightful modernity. Healthy and creative, the gastronomic menu can be enjoyed on the rooftop!

Chouchou Hotel

Two steps from theOpera Garnier, the Chouchou comes to twist the world of the hotel industry with its chauvinistic spirit. Upon entry, this new 4-star displays a mix of styles quite distinct! Rather pop and urban in the bar, bling in the hall of mirrors which serves as the entrance, and contemporary in the rooms draped in midnight blue, designed by the architect Michael Malapert.

With its mini-market, its bar and its artistic programme, Le Chouchou intends to establish itself as a cool place to live, designed for both tourists and Parisians.

We fell in love with its wellness area containing three private baths with jacuzzi and sensory showers for lounging and fully recharging your batteries in a cozy and pleasantly kitsch atmosphere with its subdued lighting. You can even choose the playlist of your choice to make the most of this moment...

11 rue du Helder, 75009 Paris.
