The Palais de Tokyo welcomes for the first time a jewelry exhibition. This great premiere is dedicated to the brand Fred and tells the story and style of this iconic house, now run by the founder's granddaughter, Valerie Samuel.

From the start of the tour, you can admire the centerpiece of the collection: "the golden sun". This 100 carat yellow diamond, shining with a thousand lights, is presented here for the first time. Particularly dear to Fred samuel, it represents the light of the Riviera so dear to the designer.

“The theme of the year at Hermès invites us to look at the house through a new prism. He gives the la to the creators and craftsmen of the house and allows them to explore new creative dimensions. In 2022, we celebrate lightness, the one that allows us to take off, to extract ourselves from gravity. Lightness is our relationship to the world, our way of being, our bias. explains Pierre-Alexis Dumas.

“With “The Lightness Factory”, Michele Anne De Mey, Jacob Van Dormael and Astragales company invite us to follow an initiatory journey, a poetic flight that illustrates well the lightness at Hermès; that of the delicacy of the hand that sews pieces of leather or that rolls the edges of a scarf, that of the elegance of the materials or the nuances of a perfume. adds the artistic director of Hermès.
