To celebrate the Chinese New Year 2023, which will be held on Sunday January 22, head to Shangri-La Paris, which offers several gourmet offers. As every year, the famous palace will welcome its customers under the sign of celebration and tradition.

Under the glass dome, in a sublime setting displaying a myriad of traditional decorations, you can watch the preparation of delicious Dim sums as well as baos before your eyes. To make the moment even more immersive, you will receive the famous chinese new year red envelopes containing a surprise. Notice to sweet tooth! THE Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot and Shang Palace Chef Samuel Lee come to add height to this festive menu with a sublime sweet creation, imagined with 4 hands: the Clementine. Promising a real flight to the Middle Empire, this gourmet recipe is made up of clementine jam, a crunchy vanilla biscuit and a creamy vanilla mousse... No doubt, you will succumb to happiness.
