On January 19, Eataly is organizing its “Festa della Pizza” at the heart of the Pasta e Pizza restaurant. An evening under the sign of gluttony, during which you can taste unlimited different recipes of the most famous Italian dish, made by great Chefs... Book your place without further delay.

Throne in the heart ofEataly Paris Marais, on the first floor, the restaurant Pasta and Pizza represents the ideal place to taste of real Italian pasta and pizza.

On the menu, of course, we find the emblematic Spaghetto Pomodoro made with the Afeltra pasta from Gragnano, the Eataly pizza whose recipe is unique, but also other typical dishes from La Botte such as meatballs in tomato sauce or calzone. This is where renowned Chefs have chosen to meet-you for celebrate Pizza on January 19 !

The festa della Pizza: the gourmet event not to be missed

Le next Thursday, January 19 at 19:30 p.m., the Pasta e Pizza restaurant will host the “ Mother's Pizza ('Pizza party' in VF).

For the occasion, the Executive Chef of Eataly Paris Marais Tony Muzi and Gennaro Nasti, Chef of La Brasserie Italienne by Nasti and John Bergh, Master Artisan Pizzaïolo and 2010 World Pizza Champion will follow one another in the kitchen to make you taste their creations. Among them, the authentic pizza Margherita by Eataly. All in a festive and really friendly atmosphere!

Pizza Margherita Eataly: a unique recipe

La Pizza Margherita Eataly is a unique recipe, offered in all Eatalys, all over the world. This is the result of the meeting of different traditions, the long practice and the skill of real pizzaioli! The lightness of this famous pizza comes from the rigorous selection of flours, the use of sourdough, a rise of at least 72 hours, the precise cooking in wood-fired ovens without forgetting the use ofhigh quality regional ingredients for the garnish: Sardinian Antonella tomato sauce, mozzarella fior di latte from Puglia, fresh basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil from Liguria. 

This iconic original Margherita di Eataly pizza embodies the simplicity and Italian delicacy. You can taste it at the Pasta e Pizza restaurant, choose it to take away, have it delivered with Deliveroo, buy it vacuum-packed at the grocery store (and on the e-shop eataly.fr) to heat it up at home or even acquire the recipe kit containing all the necessary ingredients for make it yourself at home !
