The (very) Parisian Interview of Auguste, emblematic artist of neo Pop Art

Auguste is a artist self-taught who now lives and works in Bordeaux. This atypical artist creates and produces his works with different techniques; acrylic, digital painting, car varnish or even collage. The artist sees his talent exhibited on the walls of international fairs all over the world. Hollywood Stars are snapping up her ART IS PUZZLE !

These works are present in the most important art galleries of Paris, Los Angeles, New York, Miami or Tokyo. It is currently exhibited at Bel Air Fine Art Rivoli Gallery!
Auguste, adored by stars and major collectors, dresses the walls of Gaël Monfils, Stanislas Wawrinka, Kim Kardashian, Léonardo Dicaprio and Jennifer Lawrence, among others. Recently, a piece by Auguste sold for €20 at the Global Gift Gala, Eva Longoria's charity gala.

◊ A bar where to bask? 

The rooftop of Brach. A rural location with a panoramic view of Paris. I love rooftops in big cities.

La Rue Mouffetard, it's not really a market but there is a crazy atmosphere, especially on spring mornings.

◊ An esteemed bookstore?

It was there Gilbert Young bookstore at Saint Michel, she reminded me of my student years. But it is closed.

◊ A restaurant to trust? 

Le Small Pergolesi in the 16th. A must-have chic bistro where Gastronomy and Art mingle.

I really like it Spring and Cheap they are more than places of commerce, they are places historical version.

Without hesitation : Jeans and white sneakers  and to be super trendy, sneakers signed Auguste! It's perfect for strolling through the aisles of Roland Garros during the tournament!

I will say all, but maybe the Latin Quarter and the Louvre district.

◊ A place that inspires you?  

Le Louvre  because it was my first encounter with Art when I was about 10 years old. I had visited it with my parents during a trip to Paris from the Dordogne. I had found it too big and we had to stay there 1 hour max but enough to anchor it in my imagination. I got my first piece of art there: a Mona Lisa poster!
