Test the cuisine of chef Paul Pairet at the Crillon

It is in the most chic palace in Paris that chef Paul Pairet has left his suitcases. The man with the three stars offers two new tables. Nonos is the result of a desire to revive the energy of a culinary genre of which luxury hotels have been the proud representatives, by reinventing the French grill. The restaurant offers timeless cuisine with a wide selection of tasty, generous and joyful recipes.

As for eatables, considered the little brother of Nonos, it is both the pantry, the friendly canteen and the grocery counter of the main restaurant. The latter offers a daring selection of seafood, charcuterie, smoked fish and cheeses, with the audacity of a chic deli.

The occasion is perfect for dining in a 5-star palace as a couple or with friends without paying an extravagant sum.

Nonos by Paul Pairet is open Wednesday to Sunday from 19:00 p.m. to 22:30 p.m. From 1er March, Nonos will also be open for lunch, from 12:00 p.m. to 14:30 p.m.

Zola, the infrequent

-

Discussion in January 1895 between Emile Zola and Léon Daudet. The two men discuss the case of Alfred Dreyfus who has just been publicly degraded as a result of high treason! They rub shoulders, but all oppose them. Their literary careers, their vision of the world, but especially their opinions on this history, which already divides society. It was at this evening, as well as following the proofreading of the article, that Daudet wrote for Figaro. Zola will make his commitment to Dreyfus and to the people, whom he considers at the very center of his work. A fundamentally modern play where the actors perfectly embody their characters! A hymn to commitment turned towards altruism. Infrequent, but perfectly appreciable. This piece can be enjoyed on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 21 p.m., Saturdays at 20:30 p.m. and Sundays at 16:30 p.m., at the Théâtre de la Contrescarpe, a stone's throw from rue Mouffetard, Paris 5.

Contrescarpe Theater – 5 Rue Blainville, 75005 Paris
