Everything has been thought out for a relaxing thanks for example to its soft beds, the soft sheets or the large bathtub in the bathrooms. You can even sleep in the former castle stables completely renovated in a refined room and where the boxes of the horses have been preserved. The change of scenery is guaranteed!

We love the sturgeon crudo from Sologne fir smoked and its creamy caviar with sweet spices, or the roasted duck breast, its beet ketchup and its raw and tender beets. We end gently with an excellent perdue brioche, banana caramel, gingerbread and vanilla mousse.
