Paris is famous for its world-class gastronomy, with a host of starred restaurants and iconic brasseries. Among these places, seven restaurants stand out for their culinary excellence and elegant atmosphere. Each of these establishments offers a unique gastronomic experience, combining culinary know-how, refinement and conviviality. Simply ideal for spending a nice moment with your family and celebrating a great event.

Jean Imbert at the Plaza Athenee

The legendary palace on Avenue Montaigne, the Plaza Athénée has chosen Jean Imbert as chef of the restaurant. The bet is successful since the winner of Top Chef in 2012 (already!) was inspired by the classic repertoire of French gastronomy. The purpose being to create an experience that transcends time and space. A true return to the splendor of French culinary art. A tribute to traditions and to this unique place, steeped in history, which breathes new life into our restaurant. Jean Imbert is inspired by recipes that have marked the history of French gastronomy, some dating back 250 years, to celebrate its rich culinary heritage. It thus pays homage to a traditional cuisine that has survived fashions and centuries. while remaining resolutely modern. For example, you can taste a chicken in yellow wine and morels in an absolutely magnificent setting where the walls are covered with gold leaf.

Le Meurice by Alain Ducasse

Alain Ducasse

It is in one of the oldest and most beautiful Parisian palaces thatAlain Ducasse put down his suitcases. And this for our greatest happiness. In the kitchens of Le Meurice, Amaury Bouhour and his teams offer a cuisine based on the fundamentals of French gastronomy.

The result ? All the precision of the cooking and all the subtlety of the juices are there. Years of experience in the world ofAlain Ducasse supply to Amaury the sought-after technique of his cooking. In the same way, nothing is forgotten of the precepts of the master about the products: they all come from the best producers and the menu legitimately pays tribute to them. The menu is intended to be simple and is mainly based on the products. You can then enjoy barely cooked Noirmoutier sea bream with beets and smoked yogurt, roast venison and Kristal caviar and for dessert a rum baba of your choice and its semi-whipped cream.

Akira Back

The Akira Back restaurant has been delighting Parisians for a year now. In 2022, the starred chef Akira Back opened its first European restaurant in the French capital. Ithe won in 2018 a Michelin star for his restaurant Dosa in Seoul. Located in the old bar The Hours of the luxurious Prince of Wales, Akira Back completely transformed the space. Only the magnificent central chandelier and its ceiling fresco have been preserved. Starred chef Akira Back offers unique fusion cuisine. The perfect combination of Japanese, Korean and American influences. It is a unique culinary experience. On the menu : many classics of Japanese cuisine revisited with unpronounceable names, of course, but what does it matter given the exceptional taste of each of them. The scallops accompanied by kiwi and truffle paste on a background of yuzu sauce, however, strongly caught our attention.
