Piano Jazz Sessions – Herbie Hancock at the Louis Vuitton Foundation

For 4ème edition of the " Piano Jazz Sessions ", the Louis Vuitton Foundation invites a jazz icon. American pianist and composer Herbie Hancock. Crowned with 14 Grammy Awards, he continues to push the boundaries of jazz by incorporating his funk rhythms. His experimental sounds and elements of the R&B or hip hop. The creative approach of this artist resonates with the artistic personalities of Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol. Themselves presented in dialogue at the Foundation within the exhibition " Basquiat x Warhol, four hands ". It is in this context that the Foundation invites you to (re)discover this legendary pianist May 11, 12 and 13, for three crazy concerts.

Reopening of the Gaité Lyrique
