Start by exploring the history of chocolate through the ages and discover the creation of this unique raw chocolate developed by Frédéric Marr. Then you will learn the whole process of making chocolate "Bean-to-bar", from the bean to the tablet, using a cold method in order to preserve the beneficial properties of the cocoa. Let's practice! Guided by the craftsman, you will make raw chocolate truffles that you can take home.
Create your own leather bag
Nina warmly welcomes you to her workshop in the 20th arrondissement with her contagious joie de vivre. In the space of 3 hours, she will teach you the basics of leather goods and will guide you in the realization of your handbag. This bag has the particularity of being able to be carried from four different ways, thus offering great versatility.
You will start with choose your leather from a varied selection, smooth and timeless materials with crocodile prints and bright colors. Of the leather cutting until final assembly, you will be the one and only creator of this bag.
Nina has a rich experience as a former seamstress and costume designer for theater and television. An activity which occupied her for 10 years and which inspired her in her retraining as a leather worker. It defends the values of slow design working with exceptional leathers, often from upcycling. These are dormant stocks of major leather goods houses, from French and Italian tanneries the most prestigious. A great experience!

Explore themichiyo workshop and let yourself be captivated by the ancestral art of kintsugi. After a brief introduction to the technique, you will have the chance to put into practice your kintsugi skills! Choose your room favorite from Michiyo's collection or bring your own broken item to restore with this single method. Kintsugi consists of sublimate the "wounds" of the object using vegetable lacquer and gold powder, silver or colored lacquer. The scars created on the repaired objects tell a story, thus making them exceptionally valuable.
During the workshop, Michiyo will guide you through a simplified version of the kintsugi using resin glue and brass. These restored objects soothe your emotions while adding a touch of craft decoration to your bookcases or furniture!
