Sirha Omnivore, A flavorful festival
Already 20 years that confirmed chefs and young talents of gastronomy meet on the occasion of the Sirha Omnivore. After a stopover at Le Touquet-Paris-Plage last June, it is at the Parc Floral de Paris that the culinary festival will take place from September 10 to 12. Nearly 200 guests, mixing legendary personalities and rising stars of Young Cuisine, are expected to celebrate this anniversary in style. An edition that puts Italy in the spotlight with the presence of many Italian chefs. They will be held on the different stages of the festival. You will also be able to discover the installation of 50 Italian exhibitors in the heart of a real village of typical products of the country.
The breadth of Italian cuisine showcased
Unsurprisingly, Eataly will be there with a Foodtruck mammameesque which will open its doors every day from 10 a.m. to 19 p.m. Behind the stove, its chef Toni Muzi will take over the Corner Chef on Sunday 10 September. Find a 100% al dente menu. A high-end starter with its signature dish, Vitello Tonnato, a perfect appetizer to then enjoy its Gorgonzola and Walnut Risotto. To finish his mythical Tiramisù. We're salivating in advance!
