An exceptional evening which will take place on Monday September 11 from 19:30 p.m. For the occasion, the benchmark in transalpine catering and delicatessens will delegate its kitchens to different major chefs. Find Angelo Pentassuglia (Pastificio Oronza), pastry chef Rémi Bouiller (Krème), Danny Khezzar (Bayview) and the essential Julien Serri or even Maison Verot, charcutier of excellence. And to complete the bill in style, the golden hands of Toni Muzi, Executive Chef of Eataly, will once again be busy in the kitchen. Sirha Omnivore, A flavorful festival

Already 20 years that confirmed chefs and young talents of gastronomy meet on the occasion of the Sirha Omnivore. After a stopover at Le Touquet-Paris-Plage last June, it is at the Parc Floral de Paris that the culinary festival will take place from September 10 to 12.
