A major event is shaking up the world of French haute cuisine. Arnaud Faye is appointed Executive Chef of Le Bristol. And it is with deep emotion that the Bristol Paris family prepares to welcome the MOF as Executive Chef.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Arnaud Faye, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and fervent defender of quality products, embodies the very essence of French cuisine. Generous, precise and refined. With his experience and talent, he brings with him a modern vision. All the while respecting timeless classics. His love of seasonal produce and his attachment to regional traditions will be at the heart of his cooking at the Bristol Paris.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In his new role, Arnaud Faye will be responsible for the hotel’s two prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, \u00c9picure and 114 Faubourg. But also Caf\u00e9 Antonia, banquets, room service and workshops. With a brigade of 200 passionate people, including 100 dedicated to the kitchen. It is committed to maintaining and elevating the excellence of French gastronomy to its highest level.<\/p>\n\n
