The summer of 2024 promises to be exceptional<\/strong> with the opening of the Jardin d’Estoublon. An ephemeral restaurant in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Pr\u00e9s. From June 10 to the end of September 2024, this ephemeral establishment will celebrate the authentic flavors<\/strong> of Provence and Estoublon’s Art de Vivre. Le Jardin d’Estoublon<\/strong> is distinguished by its lush decor<\/strong> and warm ambience<\/strong>, reminiscent of a sunny terrace in Provence<\/strong>. The abundant vegetation and friendly atmosphere offer a true haven of peace in the heart of Paris.<\/p>\n\n

The restaurant offers generous, modern cuisine featuring Estoublon’s flagship products. Guests will begin their culinary experience with a tasting of the Domaine’s three single-varietal olive oils<\/strong>. An appetizer full of Mediterranean flavors.<\/p>\n\n

Dishes to share include panisses croustillants and pissaladi\u00e8re. For starters, try a yellow gazpacho with a scoop <\/strong>of Pedone olive oil ice cream <\/strong>. Or a sea bass carpaccio <\/strong>with Roseblood jelly.<\/p>\n\n

The wine list features Roseblood ros\u00e9 2023, renowned for its elegance, freshness and floral notes. The Roseblood blanc 2023, just as lively and elegant, will surprise you with its vivacity. The new cuv\u00e9es 1489, ros\u00e9 and white, are distinguished by their minerality and richness on the palate, accompanying the red, white and ros\u00e9 wines of Ch\u00e2teau d’Estoublon.<\/p>\n\n

Estoublon will exclusively present its alcohol-free effervescent, L’Excessive, inspired by the lyrics of a Carla Bruni song, scheduled for launch in late 2024…<\/p>\n\n
