It becomes the new HQ for Parisians. \n Le Comptoir de Cr\u00e8me<\/a>\n<\/strong> presents itself as a warm refuge where you can discover fine wines and enjoy delicious cocktails. But above all, it’s a place where you can reconnect with the world over traditional comfort food<\/strong>. Ideal for impromptu aperitifs or dinners, this purely Parisian hot spot<\/em> is the second address of couple Camille Coiffard <\/strong>and Maxime Guillemet<\/strong>, who have chosen to invest in the 18th arrondissement<\/a>, in the heart of the Jules Joffrin district. At Comptoir de Cr\u00e8me, conviviality<\/strong> and simplicity<\/strong> are the watchwords. <\/p>\n\n

As you enter the restaurant, you immediately notice a long central table<\/strong>, adorned with candles, inviting guests to share a delicious meal with neighbors they don’t necessarily know. You can also enjoy the outdoors<\/strong> thanks to the large open windows to soak up the warmth of the neighborhood. “Cr\u00e8me, le comptoir is for me the embodiment of today’s bistro. A generous, convivial and relaxed table,”<\/em> explains Maurine Maccagno<\/strong>, the architect who imagined this sublime cellar for eating and drinking<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

The cuisine is inspired by Severino Malerba<\/strong>, a 28-year-old chef who, after a hotel school in Italy and a master’s degree in cuisine, came to France to enrich his experience. After 4 years at La Dame de Pic <\/strong>as chef de partie and then sous-chef, he decided to express his own culinary vision, combining flavors, experimenting with new techniques<\/strong> and using his creativity to sublimate products. Challenges are part of his DNA and, like Maxime and Camille, he shares a passion for entertaining. <\/p>\n\n

So it was only natural that he agreed to become Executive Chef of both the Cr\u00e8me and Le Comptoir De Cr\u00e8me kitchens.
