Today, Yann Couvreur<\/strong> presents his four Frozen Nomads, homemade creations in individual jars, as well as his ice cream sundaes<\/em> and buffalo milk sundaes<\/em>. These include Merveille Glac\u00e9e, Az’teck Glac\u00e9, Yaourt Glac\u00e9 and Vacherin Glac\u00e9.<\/strong> As for sundaes<\/em>, there are several to choose from: Sundae Isatis, Sundae Fruit Rouge<\/strong> and, for ice cream sundaes, the red fruit sundae<\/strong> and the exotic sundae<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

These are made with unusual ingredients such as mastic, orange blossom and rose water. Among the flavors on offer, we obviously recommend achta, the House specialty.
