The evening begins at 8:00 p.m., and each guest can enjoy the event for \u20ac250 per person. The decor and atmosphere will be in the colors of France, with a “Bleu, Blanc, Rouge” theme to celebrate this special day.<\/p>\n\n

Guests will start the evening with delicate amuse-bouches, including goug\u00e8res and original creations such as avocado-corn-vegetables and grilled radish, kasha butter, souffl\u00e9. For starters, choose between a half-cooked, virgin tuna, braised avocado, grilled sucrine or a beef heart tomato, virgin & Taggiasche olives, cold tomato soup and tender sprouts. For the main course, a “Surf & Turf” with beef fillet, lobster, summer truffle butter and vegetable fricassee, or a green curry fregola with Primavera vegetables. A trou parisien, a refreshing sorbet, precedes the selection of cheeses, including truffled summer brie from Melun with walnuts. Finally, to round off the meal, Hugo & Victor’s signature fraisier, followed by coffee and Carette mignardises.<\/p>\n\n
