Presented by the Sofitel Paris le Faubourg<\/strong>, Sport Chic<\/em> is a unique must-see exhibition in July<\/a>, transporting you into a world where sport inspires the top designers of the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Cr\u00e9ation Couture sur Mesure.<\/strong> The federation’s designers have created a collection in which virtuosity and humor blend harmoniously. Through comical detour, they reinterpret the Olympic universe without ever sacrificing the precision of their know-how or their signature refinement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Sport Chic: bold, elegant creations<\/h2>\n\n

Each piece in the collection is a bold exploration of sports vocabulary<\/strong>. Designers are turning functionalism into a real style. Sports equipment becomes a fashion accessory… While sportswear<\/em> reinvents itself in dressy dresses. Imagine, for example, a lace sleeve transformed into a balloon net. Impressive, isn’t it? You’ll also find a stylized windbreaker for evening wear, or fencing pants with dreamy touches. <\/p>\n\n

And there’s no shortage of incongruous details! Indeed, soccer balls<\/strong> nestle beneath a skirt, badminton shuttlecocks<\/strong> decorate the deep neckline of a dress, and a braided ponytail escapes from the jacket of a horsewoman worn inside out. The mannequins in the show also sport whimsical medals<\/strong> created by the jewelers of the Chambre Syndicale La Boci<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
