Born in Lebanon<\/strong>, of Armenian origin, and having spent 20 years in Saudi Arabia<\/strong>… Vartivar Jarkezian<\/strong> brings a unique cultural richness to his cuisine.\nFrom an early age, he was inspired by the oriental flavors of his mother, Flora<\/strong>.\nShe continues to influence his culinary creations to this day.\nBased in Paris since 2015, he has cut his teeth in several prestigious establishments, includingAssaf Granit<\/strong>‘s Shabour<\/strong>.\nHere, he helped earna Michelin star<\/strong>! Vartivar is a chef who draws on his memories as well as his travels to concoct bold, balanced dishes.\nAt Campelli, he combines French technique with Eastern<\/strong> spices and flavors<\/strong>.\nThe result is dishes that are journeys for the senses<\/strong>, from the shores of Beirut to the backstreets of Paris. <\/p>\n\n
