In the heart of Paris, the Vend\u00e9miaire<\/strong> restaurant has established itself as a new must-visit address for lovers of French gastronomy.\nLocated in the 7th arrondissement, this chic brasserie<\/strong> combines tradition and modernity in a warm atmosphere.\nBut more than just a restaurant, Vend\u00e9miaire<\/strong> embodies a true passion for conviviality<\/strong> and local<\/strong> cuisine. <\/p>\n\n

The place, imagined by Vend\u00e9miaire Nadd-Mitterrand<\/strong>, a former lawyer and property developer, is coming to life thanks to an ambitious project.\nWhen it opens in July 2024<\/strong>, the brasserie will attract attention not only for the quality of its cuisine.\nBut also by the singular story of its founder, who, after an eventful career, decided to enter the restaurant business.\nTransforming the former “Chez les Anges” restaurant into what is now Vend\u00e9miaire<\/strong>, Nadd-Mitterrand set out to create a place where people could meet and share<\/strong>.\nInspired by the spirit of harvest month<\/strong> and the neighborhood’s historic heritage. <\/p>\n\n

The brasserie is distinguished by its contemporary<\/strong> design, by the Black Balloon agency, and a decor that combines bright colors and noble materials.\nThe result is a space that is both modern<\/strong> and retro<\/strong>.\nThis attention to detail extends to the different atmospheres offered by the establishment: a private lounge<\/strong> for 12 people, a large dining room for up to 80 diners.\nAnd a summer terrace<\/strong> for 60 guests.\nThese spaces offer everyone a unique and memorable experience.\nWhether for a quick lunch, an intimate dinner or an evening with friends. <\/p>\n\n

Vend\u00e9miaire<\/strong> also relies on a talented chef, Santiago Guerrero<\/strong>, whose background is as atypical as it is brilliant.\nAfter arriving in Paris to study law, Santiago quickly changed direction to follow his passion for gastronomy.\nToday, he offers an evolving, seasonal<\/strong> menu, highlighting local<\/strong> French produce.\nEmphasis is placed on the quality of ingredients, with a focus on short circuits and local suppliers such as the Champ de Mars butcher’s shop<\/strong> and Maison Bergeron<\/strong> bakery. <\/p>\n\n
