Paris Photo returns to the Grand Palais for its 27th edition with an array of unique exhibitions and a rich program.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In Paris, the Grand Palais<\/em> is once again hosting Paris Photo<\/strong>, the international photography fair, from November 7 to 10, 2024<\/em>. With 240 exhibitors<\/strong> from 34 countries<\/strong>, this edition highlights the evolution and diversity of photography around the world, paying tribute to historic figures and celebrating contemporary practices. <\/p>\n\n

Paris Photo 2024 offers an immersion into the world of photography, under the banner of experimentation and visual memory. Among the highlights, the centenary of Surrealism<\/strong> is celebrated with a carte blanche<\/em> given to iconic American director Jim Jarmusch<\/strong>, who has designed a thematic trail and will present a public conversation. Another important commemoration is the centenary of Robert Frank<\/strong>, whose influential work is exhibited from different perspectives by Pace, Thomas Zander and publisher Steidl. <\/p>\n\n

Paris Photo sectors<\/h2>\n\n

Visitors can discover several distinct thematic areas within the Grand Palais. The Main sector<\/strong> brings together 147 galleries<\/strong>, and features monumental series as well as remarkable visual installations, such asAugust Sander<\/strong>‘s People from the Twentieth<\/em> Century series, exhibited for the first time in Europe.<\/p>\n\n
