Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin-starred restaurant at the Trianon Palace, Versailles, is organizing an exclusive dinner on December 4 in honor of the centenary of biodynamics.<\/strong> A not-to-be-missed event for lovers of viticulture and oenology.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A gastronomic celebration like no other<\/h2>\n\n

This dinner, imagined by chefs Gabriele Ravasio and Eddie Benghanem, will highlight the principles of biodynamics, an agricultural method born in 1924. Inspired by lunar cycles, the dishes will blend refinement and respect for nature. On the menu: scallop carpaccio with Osci\u00e8tre caviar, monkfish with seasonal vegetables, and duck with Milan cabbage pie. <\/p>\n\n

Carefully crafted wine and food pairings<\/h2>\n\n

Anthony Haffner, head sommelier, collaborates with G\u00e9rard Bertrand, emblematic biodynamic winemaker, to offer a complete experience. Grand Cru expert Emma Bertrand will introduce exclusive cuv\u00e9es specially chosen to sublimate each dish. “This evening promises a unique, innovative and holistic approach, where each dish will be an ode to nature,”<\/em> assures Trianon Palace. <\/p>\n\n
