Machizo, named after chef Taka’s childhood nickname, reflects his dreamy state of mind. The chef claims a no-holds-barred approach: “In my kitchen, anything is possible; I do whatever I want.”<\/em> This philosophy is reflected in his culinary creations, where each ingredient retains its essence: “A turnip should always be a turnip.”<\/em> <\/p>\n\n
