Located in the heart of Paris, this address perpetuates a family tradition that goes back three generations of charcutiers.<\/strong> Since 1946, Foie Gras Luxe has embodied the art of culinary refinement, thanks to its craftsmanship and meticulous selection. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

From great-grandfather<\/h2>\n\n

The adventure of Foie Gras Luxe began in post-war Paris, when the capital was recovering and rediscovering the pleasures of the table. Rapha\u00ebl Vigneau, a visionary craftsman, decided to devote himself to a rare and precious product: foie gras. His first terrines, prepared in his Left Bank “Vigneau-Desmarest” boutique, laid the foundations for an authentic gastronomic tradition. <\/p>\n\n

Rapha\u00ebl Vigneau soon felt the need to control the entire production chain. He turned to producers in P\u00e9rigord and Alsace to select the best raw foie gras. This pioneering approach led him to become one of the leading foie gras wholesalers at Les Halles de Paris, supplying gastronomy professionals with products of unrivalled quality. <\/p>\n\n

In 1948, Foie Gras Luxe moved to a larger store on rue Montmartre. It quickly became a must for lovers of exceptional products, expanding its range to include local specialties such as Bayonne ham and Aube sauerkraut. <\/p>\n\n
