For the festive season, Cheval Blanc Paris unveils an exceptional pastry creation, imagined by the restaurant’s head pastry chef, Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric. A fairytale log entitled “Le Tra\u00eeneau Enchant\u00e9” promises to light up Christmas tables. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This gourmet work of art draws its inspiration from Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric’s childhood memories. The sleigh, made from 75% dark chocolate, glides elegantly over stylized snow. Inside, a richly flavored dessert combines vanilla rice pudding<\/strong>, almond ganache, mandarin confit and orange caramel. A vanilla cookie, reminiscent of the Normandy teurgoule<\/em> of his childhood, completes this remarkably refined whole. <\/p>\n\n
