Cyril Lignac’s patisserie: a sweet stopover at Le Gourmet<\/h2>\n\n

Until March 20, 2025, lovers of sweet treats can discover an exceptional pop-up: P\u00e2tisserie Cyril Lignac<\/strong> sets up shop on the first floor of Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet. Under the direction of Cyril Lignac and his pastry partner Benoit Couvrand, this ephemeral boutique promises tasty creations combining tradition and innovation. <\/p>\n\n

Among our signature desserts<\/strong>, \u00c9quinoxe stands out for its light Bourbon vanilla cream and crispy speculoos praline. Other must-tries include Baba au rhum and Tarte Gianduja. A special mention goes to their revisited lemon tart: a square dessert, without meringue, sublimated by a fine white chocolate tuile. <\/p>\n\n
