To celebrate the festive season, Delano Caf\u00e9 by Thierry Marx unveils two extraordinary menus and a Yule log to delight epicureans. Imagined by chefs Thierry Marx and Paolo Minelli, these meals combine elegance and refinement with the sublimity of seasonal produce. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Family Christmas at Delano Caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

This Christmas, Delano Caf\u00e9 has decided to appeal to families. On the 25th, a brunch will be offered. What awaits you is so delicious, Santa Claus will be there! And he won’t want to miss out on the feast either. <\/p>\n\n

The Christmas<\/strong> menu, on the 24th and 25th (evening) at \u20ac120 or \u20ac165, begins with a Perle Blanche oyster<\/strong> in sudachi jelly accompanied by caviar. The cold starter features langoustine carpaccio<\/strong> with kiwi and radish. The hot starter features beef confit ravioli<\/strong>, served in a delicate celery broth. The main course features scallops in their shells<\/strong> with truffles and cauliflower pur\u00e9e, followed by a coquelet braised in red wine<\/strong> with a mushroom fricassee. The meal concludes with a citrus granita pre-dessert, followed by a comforting dessert of chestnuts confit with amber rum<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
