For the 2024-2025 winter season, the 39V restaurant and the prestigious Maison Barons de Rothschild combine their expertise for a sparkling culinary and oenological experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Following the success of its ephemeral champagne bar this summer, Maison Barons de Rothschild is extending the experience. It is taking up residence in the heart of the 39V<\/strong> restaurant, nestled on the rooftops of Paris. This collaboration offers an exceptional opportunity to marry the creations of chef Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Vardon with the exceptional champagnes of the House of Barons de Rothschild. <\/p>\n\n

An exceptional gastronomic alliance<\/h2>\n\n

The program features a six-course menu, entirely designed to sublimate each champagne cuv\u00e9e. Each dish is prepared according to market arrivals, guaranteeing impeccable freshness and quality. The experience begins with the Cuv\u00e9e Concordia Brut<\/strong>, a grand vin d’assemblage with a majority of Chardonnay, and continues with the Blanc de Blancs<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
