The Spanish Puig Group, a major player in fashion and beauty, is about to finalize a key step in its collaboration with Charlotte Tilbury, the famous British cosmetics brand. By 2031, Puig will become the sole owner of this iconic label, marking a strategic turning point for both companies. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A five-year acquisition<\/h2>\n\n

In 2020, Puig had already acquired a majority stake in Charlotte Tilbury Limited, a brand renowned for its innovation and worldwide popularity. This new stage, which will take place between 2026 and 2030<\/strong>, will see Puig gradually increase its share until full ownership is reached in early 2031<\/strong>. This progressive acquisition model reflects a prudent and visionary strategy, especially as the beauty industry is experiencing exponential growth<\/strong>. Indeed, the sector could exceed $580 billion<\/strong> by 2027, driven by the rise of premium and luxury brands. <\/p>\n\n

An enduring partnership<\/h2>\n\n

During this transition period, Charlotte Tilbury<\/strong>, founder of the eponymous brand and renowned makeup artist, will retain a minority stake. She will continue to play an active role in the management and creative direction of her house. According to her, this collaboration with Puig is a natural evolution, built on a shared vision and a constant commitment to innovation<\/strong>. Launched in 2013<\/strong>, Charlotte Tilbury has established itself as an essential reference in the world of cosmetics, thanks to iconic products such as Matte Revolution<\/strong> lipstick and Airbrush Flawless<\/strong> Foundation foundation. <\/p>\n\n
