Julian Klausner makes a stunning debut for Dries Van Noten with his first Autumn-Winter 2025-2026 collection, unveiled on January 22, blending dark romanticism and quirky elegance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A discreet revelation<\/h2>\n\n

Barely appointed creative director in early December 2024, Julian Klausner unveils his vision for Dries Van Noten through a first collection shared on Instagram and the brand’s website. Inspired by an aesthetic from another century, Klausner evokes a Flanders bathed in flickering light, where his creations seem to evolve on the bangs of society. <\/p>\n\n

The male silhouettes recall William S. Burroughs’ Wild Boys<\/em>, young libertines in search of rebellion, freedom and disillusioned romanticism. Through the lens of Willy Vanderperre, Klausner’s universe materializes in dark alleys, between industrial fog and visual poetry. <\/p>\n\n

A decadent-modern style<\/h2>\n\n

Klausner offers pieces that blend elegance and insouciance: white shirts with loose cuffs, structured black coats, and leather gloves for silhouettes on the move. These modern “scoundrels” feature careful details such as thin soles, raw-rope belts and lavaliere collars, lending a captivating realism to this collection. <\/p>\n\n
