Last September, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Anton reopened the Ferme du Pr\u00e9 Catelan, a former farmhouse nestled in the Bois de Boulogne. This long-forgotten spot has been reborn as a welcoming bistro, combining tradition and generosity.
