Luxury giant Kering, owner of prestigious houses such as Gucci and Balenciaga, has just completed the first edition of the Kering Generation Award x Saudi Arabia. This award, which recognizes start-ups committed to sustainability, has been exported to Saudi Arabia for the first time, in partnership with the Kingdom’s Fashion Commission and the Plug & Play innovation platform. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

An initiative to promote ecological commitment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Since its launch in 2017<\/strong>, the Kering Generation Award<\/strong> has highlighted innovative initiatives<\/strong> around thecircular economy<\/strong>,customer engagement<\/strong> and the protection of natural resources<\/strong>, particularly water<\/strong>. For this Saudi edition, more than 100 start-ups<\/strong> presented their projects, testifying to thegrowing rise of local businesses focused on sustainability<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
