The history of the Grandes Rousses H\u00f4tel & Spa<\/strong> is closely linked to that of the Grelot-Collomb<\/strong> family, pioneers of hospitality in Alpe d’Huez. It all began in 1902<\/strong>, when Patricia Grelot-Collomb’s great-grandfather opened the Caf\u00e9 de l’Esp\u00e9rance<\/strong> in Huez, a convivial venue that quickly became the heart of local life.
