Located at 135, boulevard Diderot in Paris’s 12\u1d49 arrondissement, H\u00f4tel Paradiso revolutionizes the hotel experience. It integrates cinema directly into the rooms. The project is the brainchild of brothers Nathana\u00ebl and Elisha Karmitz, heads of the mk2 group. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Towards infinity and under the sheets<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Out with the pixelated TV screen, in with the laser projector! Right above the classic movie theaters, Hotel Paradiso’<\/strong> s rooms offer all the comfort of high-definition projection. But in ultra-comfortable bedding, with UBER Eats service to boot. The cinema becomes private and intimate for a rendezvous under the sheets. In the rooms of the Hotel Paradiso, you can even watch thethree-meter-wide screen<\/strong> from the bath! Via an interactive tablet, you can adjust the lighting (subdued or pitch-black) and, above all, choose your film or series at will from a gigantic selection. <\/p>\n\n

The project has been over six years<\/strong> in the making, and is in line with the mk2 group’s desire to offer an immersive cinematic experience<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Comfort is like a box of chocolates: you never know how much you’ll like it.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The 34 rooms and two suites<\/strong> are designed to combine comfort and technology<\/strong>, offering projection quality that would satisfy even a director as demanding as Christopher Nolan<\/strong>. Thanks to a weekly program selected by mk2 and Trois Couleurs magazine<\/strong>, visitors discover classics, new releases and nuggets of arthouse cinema. <\/p>\n\n

With the “Sunday under the comforter” offer, you can even reserve your Sunday afternoon. From 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., the cinema is better than at home. By calling reception on 007, you can order popcorn or book a duo massage. <\/p>\n\n

To extend the experience, the hotel offers: a “La La Land” karaoke room<\/strong>, dedicated to film soundtracks; a rooftop<\/strong> with open-air cinema<\/strong> and a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris; and a library of over 2,000 DVDs and Blu-rays<\/strong>, with free access.<\/p>\n\n
