A journey to the heart of inner turmoil<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Based on the 1985<\/em> novel by William S. Burroughs<\/em>, Queer<\/em> transports the viewer to 1940s Mexico<\/em>, between speakeasies and scorching landscapes. We follow Lee<\/em>, an American expatriate in the grip of a deep malaise<\/em>, played by Daniel Craig<\/em>, who reinvents himself here in a role far removed from his muscular James Bond<\/em> performances. Searching for a meaning to his existence, he falls under the spell of Allerton<\/em>, a young man as seductive as he is unattainable, played by Drew Starkey<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n
