Called <em>Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni<\/em>, this development is being carried out in partnership with <em>Durar Octa<\/em>. Durar Octa is a specialist in luxury real estate. The initiative aims to strengthen Missoni&#8217;s presence in the high-end residential sector. At the same time, it will consolidate the momentum of the Ras el Kha\u00efmah real estate market.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>An ambitious project at the heart of an artificial archipelago<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Located to the north of Dubai, Al Marjan Island is a fast-growing destination. It is already a popular destination for prestigious hotels such as the <em>Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island<\/em> and the <em>Wynn Al Marjan Island<\/em>. Missoni will bring its distinctive signature to the area.
