This year, he adds an original version: <strong>Dubai Chocolate<\/strong>. It combines milk chocolate, pistachio praline and kada\u00eff chips. The whole thing crunches under the tooth, then melts slowly. The egg is available in a classic version (\u20ac35) and an exclusive Dubai format (\u20ac39).    <\/p>\n\n<p>Gourmets will also fall for the generous, ultra-sensory <strong>Dubai Chocolate bar<\/strong>(\u20ac24). A practical format, to give as a gift or keep for yourself. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">The new marshmallows to adopt<\/h2>\n\n<p>New for 2025: <strong>marshmallows<\/strong> make their debut. The chef offers them in boxed or individual formats. Their melting <strong>vanilla<\/strong> heart seduces from the very first bite. In the shape of a <strong>fox<\/strong>, they become the sweet mascots of this collection (\u20ac24).   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Signature creations in limited editions<\/h2>\n\n<p>The iconic <strong>Bonbonni\u00e8re<\/strong> is back. It mixes crunchy chips, dark <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parisselectbook.com\/en\/2025\/02\/20\/yann-couvreur-revisits-baba-with-st-germain-liqueur\/\">chocolate<\/a> and milk chocolate. It appeals to young and old alike.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Mini Lov\u00e9s Trio<\/strong> seduces with its tenderness. Three little foxes enrobed in white, dulcey and milk chocolate. Their hearts reveal blue vanilla, coconut or hazelnut pralines. One bite, three sensations (\u20ac25).   <\/p>\n\n<p>Exclusively for <strong>Galeries Lafayette<\/strong>, the chef has created an <strong>XL caf\u00e9 noisette egg<\/strong>. Made from milk chocolate, it contains gourmet fried eggs. A collector&#8217;s item, available in a very limited edition (\u20ac79).  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A collection not to be missed<\/h2>\n\n<p>Yann Couvreur confirms his taste for detail.
