Pierre Herm\u00e9 Paris inaugurates its signature brunch at the elegant Caf\u00e9 de Beaupassage, nestling on rue de Grenelle in the heart of the chic 7th arrondissement. A resolutely gastronomic Sunday offering, designed for those who consider brunch to be an art in its own right. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

An author’s brunch in a green setting<\/h2>\n\n

Set in one of the capital’s most peaceful passages, Beaupassage<\/strong>, this Sunday brunch takes place in a hushed, leafy setting<\/strong>, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Two services<\/strong> are offered (at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.<\/strong>), for a gourmet interlude to enjoy with your partner, family or friends<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Price ? \u20ac65 per person <\/strong>25 for children – a reasonable price given the quality, setting and prestigious signature of the Maison.<\/p>\n\n

The magic happens as soon as you sit down to eat<\/strong>: Ispahan viennoiseries, Viette butter, “Infiniment Pralin\u00e9” spread, homemade jams… Then it’s up to you to choose between maple syrup pancakes<\/strong> or Infiniment Chocolate granola<\/strong>, served with whole or plant milk.<\/p>\n\n

The heart of the brunch is then revealed with an ultra-clean savory offering<\/strong>: eggs in all their forms (scrambled, B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte, hard-boiled, flat, omelette) as well as signature dishes such as Avocado Toast & Confit Egg Yolk with Pistachio Vinaigrette<\/strong>, Croque-Monsieur Pierre Herm\u00e9<\/strong>, or a savory waffle with smoked salmon, tangy cream and pomegranate<\/strong>. And don’t forget, for those with a carnivorous appetite, French toast with spices and smoked duck breast<\/strong>, or the Pierre Herm\u00e9-style beef burger<\/strong>, served with homemade chips. <\/p>\n\n

A vegetarian dish of the moment completes this already rich and evolving menu, according to the seasons.<\/p>\n\n

It’s impossible to leave the table without savoring what the Maison does best: haute couture pastry<\/strong>. Each bite reveals the precision and unique creativity of the “Picasso of pastry”<\/strong>, as Vogue<\/em> dubbed him. <\/p>\n\n

For those looking for an extended experience, a glass of Billecart-Salmon ros\u00e9 champagne<\/strong>, a Satine cocktail<\/strong> or an Ispahan cocktail<\/strong> is available at extra cost.<\/p>\n\n
